Requirements Position Title:

Security Supervisor As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the safety and security operations of a residential building. Your leadership will ensure that all security measures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team, ensuring a visible and effective security presence.
Conduct regular patrols of the area, monitoring activities and addressing any security concerns.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.
Train and mentor new security personnel, ensuring they understand and adhere to security protocols.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to security staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security or a related field is required. Class D Security License required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Schedule:
