This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The Security Supervisor will play a key role in implementing security protocols and managing security personnel. Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures effectively. Conduct regular surveillance of premises using CCTV and other monitoring systems. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid as necessary. Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of service. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations. Manage conflict situations professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a security supervisory role or similar position. Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and surveillance systems. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts effectively.
