Candidates must have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional security services while ensuring safety and compliance at assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

Oversee on-site security personnel during shifts. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Ensure all officers follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Security & Safety Duties:

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas. Monitor premises using surveillance systems when applicable. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Document incidents and file accurate reports in a timely manner.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors. Address security-related inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations. Participate in scheduled meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

Certification & Licensing:

Level 5 Security Officer Certification (State of Florida) Valid Security License as required by the State of Florida. CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies. Attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.

Working Conditions:

Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
