Event Overview:
Security Alliance is seeking professional, reliable, and highly qualified Unarmed Security Officers to support safety operations during the busy Memorial Day Weekend event in Miami, Florida. Officers will be stationed at high-traffic areas including street closures, public gatherings, event zones, and entry points to ensure public safety, assist with crowd management, and enforce site protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Class D Security License (Florida) Must pass a drug test Must pass a background check Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English/Creole) Strong communication and de-escalation skills Customer-service oriented Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior event or festival security experience Experience working in high-volume or high-risk environments Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Monitor event perimeter and access points Screen individuals and bags if required Enforce event rules and public safety protocols, and respond to incidents Assist with crowd control and movement Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and vendors Write incident reports as needed Maintain situational awareness and report suspicious activity
