This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.

Shift Includes:

Overnights Schedule#1

Sun-Thurs:

2300-0700 40 hours per week Schedule#2

Fri-Mon:

2300-0700 32 hours per week The starting pay rate is $16.00/Hourly Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Qualifications we are looking for:

18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED required. State Issued Security License Must have at least 3 years of Security experience Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 3 years of Access Control experience Minimum 3 years of Security Officer experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and outlook Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
