Shift Includes:

Mornings-Afternoons Schedule:

Mon-Fri:

0700-1500 40 hours per week The starting pay rate is $20.00/Hourly Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a valid Security Guard License Must have 5 year of experience as a Security Officer Must have 5 year of experience in Customer Service Must Have 5 year of experience in Front Desk Must have prior Law Enforcement/Military Experience Must have weekend availability Must have reliable transportation Must have good communications skills Ability to stand or walk for long periods Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis. Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior” Lic#
