Mon-Fri:

0700-1500 40 hours per week The starting pay rate is $14.00/Hourly Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
