Orlando, FL 32809 Security Officer – Access Control & Patrol We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our facility. We are looking for a professional who can maintain a strong security presence and effectively manage access control.

Responsibilities:

Access Control:

• Verify employee and visitor credentials.
• Sign in and sign out employees and visitors, maintaining accurate logs.
• Conduct thorough bag checks and implement security screening procedures.

Patrol and Surveillance:

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the facility.
• Monitor the parking lot for unauthorized activity and safety hazards.
• Utilize surveillance equipment to detect and respond to security breaches.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, visitors, and leadership.
• Respond to and report security incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Prepare detailed incident reports as required.

Security Presence:

• Maintain a visible and authoritative security presence to deter potential security threats.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Security Class “D” License is required.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
• Law enforcement or military background is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $15.

00 per hour.
