Enforce Security and vehicular procedures per company standards Maintain a high profile of security presence to deter criminal activity and serve guest and team members Be able and willing to assist Law Enforcement when appropriate Control access to company property to ensure that the approved access policy is being adhered to; this includes vehicle and bag inspections to prevent contraband and the removal of company assets Respond quickly and appropriately to calls for service and work in adverse conditions which include but are not limited to, extreme temperatures, inclement weather, darkness and heights Investigate security related incidents; this includes writing reports as needed Operate stations, maintain logs, issue keys, check IDs, control vehicle and pedestrian traffic and maintain cleanliness in your area Courteously and effectively resolve guest complaints, disagreements and incidents Document and disseminate critical information in a timely manner Perform other departmental ad hoc duties as instructed by management What it takes to succeed: High School Diploma or GED Have or willing to become CPR/AED and First Aid certified At least three years of Security or Law Enforcement experience Must have a valid driver’s license Must have and maintain a valid state armed security certification Must be able to lift 75 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds and climb to reasonable heights Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: FREE park admission
