• We are hiring experienced event security staff to work mainly non-profit events that will take place around the local Orlando area.

Most of the events will be in partnership with women-specific events. Females are highly encouraged to apply. 1st scheduled event: Friday June 20th 2nd scheduled event Friday June 27th Hiring several security guards and one security supervisor.

Job Summary:

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at assigned client site, providing for client property and personnel security and safety.
• Check identification for all personnel and visitors entering the site.
• Maintain client site policies and procedures for all personnel and visitors related to the specific site orders.
• Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Controls access to the client site or facility through the admittance process
• Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
• Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
• Prepares logs and reports as required.
• Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• A high school degree or GED
• Successful completion of drug test and background checks
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Florida Class “D” unarmed Security License
• Complies with all uniform requirements according to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures
