Position Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Roving Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a flex officer position requiring open availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Supervisor will be responsible for conducting random site inspections, training officers, and covering shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and random check-ins across assigned security sites Cover shifts due to officer call-outs or shortages Provide on-site training to new and existing officers Support officers in maintaining post compliance and professionalism Communicate regularly with management and clients to resolve issues Complete and submit accurate reports on site activity, officer performance, and incidents Use TrackTik to manage reports, checkpoints, and shift documentation

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Class G Security License Must have open availability and the ability to work varying shifts Previous experience in a supervisory or roving position strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a working smartphone Familiarity with TrackTik or other guard management systems is a plus Why Join Us?
