Responsibilities:
Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols throughout the community Monitor surveillance systems and report any unusual or suspicious activity Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies and incidents De-escalate tense situations using conflict management techniques Write accurate and detailed reports using a mobile app-based system Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary Provide first aid/CPR in emergency situations (training provided) Enforce community policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Active Florida Security D License (required) Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overnight (2nd or 3rd shifts) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (report writing, communication platforms) Prior security experience is a plus Must be a quick learner and adaptable to different post assignment
