Job Description
Security Officer – Resort 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 1 S County Rd, Palm Beach, FL 33480 The Security Officer – Resort will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property in a 140-acre resort setting. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, a problem solver, customer service-oriented, and physically fit to cover the large area on foot and in a vehicle.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Must have excellent social skills and be able to interact with guests and law enforcement agencies Must be able to handle fast-paced and emergency situations calmly and with composure – Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends and holidays – preferably 2nd shift (2:30PM-11:30PM)
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members by actively participating in the resort’s day-to-day security operations Control access and monitor the property using various security tools and technologies Patrol the resort on foot and in a vehicle to detect and respond to any suspicious activity Greet and interact positively with guests and team members to maintain a productive and safe environment Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary support and assistance Document security and safety reports that may be used for investigation and analysis purposes
