The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Operate and monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary. Conduct thorough inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or breaches of security. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict management techniques when necessary. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents. Requirements Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is beneficial. is an asset but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must Have D Security License Must Have A Driver’s License Prefer Someone who’s Retired.
