BAR SECURITY OFFICER / BOUNCER

Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and experienced individual to join our team as a Bouncer/Bar Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our establishment. This role requires excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Responsibilities 1. Ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and property by monitoring and controlling access to the establishment. 2. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse entry to individuals who do not meet the requirements. 3. Handle conflicts and disturbances in a calm and assertive manner, maintaining a positive and controlled atmosphere. 4. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks. 5. Collaborate with bar and floor staff to enforce house rules and policies. 6. Assist in the removal of unruly or intoxicated patrons in a respectful manner. 7. Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and metal detectors, if applicable. 8. Communicate effectively with local law enforcement if assistance is required. 9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and concerns. 10. Stay informed about current laws and regulations related to alcohol service and security protocols.

• Requirements:

• Valid D-License preferred Proven experience in a security or bouncer role, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting.

Strong physical presence and ability to handle confrontational situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and security. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
