Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. This post requires carrying a firearm. AM Responsibilities:
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including those that may require an armed response. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for government locations. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols or while on duty. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
