The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with an emphasis on conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention. The Security Officer will be expected to respond to incidents, monitor premises and enforce regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Schedule Monday & Tuesday 11pm-7am •Must have valid Drivers License and Security License• Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate situations effectively. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during emergencies or investigations. Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
