REQUIREMENTS
Sharp and Professional Officers Be customer service oriented Full-Time Positions – Days & Nights 21 years of age or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License and valid G Armed License Security License (A Must) Pass a background check and drug test Driver’s license (Preferred) Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Able to work days, weekends, holidays, and overnight Reliable transportation (A Must) Basic computer skills
- Duties
- Provide armed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets Conduct regular hourly patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities •Experience•Minimum of 1 years of experience in armed security or a related field Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies Proficient in CPR and first aid procedures Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment Strong conflict management skills to handle potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively Possession of a valid armed security officer certificate or license Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable Payment Policy – BETA
SECURITY SERVICES
Pay is issued weekly, with payments processed every Wednesday for the prior workday on Sunday. Please note that your first week’s pay will be held and released as your final check upon separation from the company. This ensures the return of any uniforms or equipment issued by
BETA SECURITY SERVICES.
