Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to join our security team in the Doral area with experience in both customer service and security duties, ensuring the safety and security of our clients while providing outstanding service to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible security presence and monitor premises for suspicious activity. Provide excellent customer service to guests, employees, and visitors while enforcing company policies and procedures. Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential threats or safety hazards. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical, fire, or safety incidents. Assist with crowd control, access control, and parking management as needed. Provide clear and concise reports on incidents, accidents, or security events. Enforce building security rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all. Act as a liaison between management and the public, ensuring effective communication at all times. Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English , with the ability to communicate effectively. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security officer role and/or customer service. Valid Security Officer D License in the state of Florida. Valid Driver’s License from the state of Florida Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
