We are hiring for several non-supervisory roles , including Security Officers, Security Agents, and Security Operations Specialists. You’ll be assigned based on experience, performance, and professionalism—not just tenure.

What You’ll Do:

Provide a strong presence that deters unwanted activity through awareness and visibility Politely enforce community rules and policies Monitor access points, surveillance feeds, and alarm systems Document incidents clearly and professionally Assist residents, guests, and vendors with a helpful attitude Communicate with property managers and supervisors as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Must have a valid Florida Class D Security License (or eligible to be licensed) Clean, professional appearance and demeanor Strong observation and communication skills Dependability and integrity Ability to stay calm and courteous in all situations Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential security is a plus
