We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our designated locations. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The Armed Guard will be responsible for protecting property, individuals, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. T Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV and other monitoring systems to ensure safety. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide information. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Participate in ongoing training related to conflict management and emergency response protocols. Requirements Valid armed security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.

IN FLORIDA, YOU WILL NEED A

(D & G) LICENSE! Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is an asset. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
