About Us:
Full Throttle Security is a trusted provider of professional security services. We are looking for dependable Security Officers to join our team. This position involves ensuring the safety of shoppers, tenants, and employees while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment at the mall.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the mall, both on foot and via designated routes. Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents. Provide customer service to shoppers and tenants by assisting with inquiries and concerns. Enforce mall rules and policies professionally and effectively. Respond promptly to disturbances, medical emergencies, and other security situations. Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Work closely with mall management and local law enforcement when needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a retail environment .
License/Certifications:
Must have a valid Security D license.
Skills:
Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and respond quickly in emergencies.
