The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. This position demands a proactive approach to security, exceptional observational capabilities, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations. The Security Officer will play a pivotal role in loss prevention and the overall safety of the premises. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations. Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to identify and report suspicious activities. Enforce organizational rules and regulations while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Accurately document incidents and prepare detailed reports as necessary. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when appropriate. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security is preferred. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous. Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Proficiency in operating surveillance systems, including CCTV. Keen attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
