The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our pool. This position involves monitoring premises and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors. The Security Guard will be responsible for enforcing pool policies and procedures while providing a visible presence to deter potential incidents. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order. Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict management techniques when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports as required for law enforcement or internal review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed for investigations or emergencies. Maintain knowledge of security protocols. Skills Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying suspicious activities. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during emergencies. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors, and law enforcement.
