Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and fit Security Professionals to join our dynamic team at one of Atlanta’s premier restaurant and lounge. The ideal candidate will have a strong, commanding presence, remain calm under pressure, and embody a protective nature while maintaining a stoic and respectful demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible, vigilant security presence throughout the venue to deter potential threats or disturbances Enforce venue policies with authority, professionalism, and fairness Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Conduct thorough ID checks to verify age and prevent underage access Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, managing conflicts with a calm, assertive approach Protect patrons and staff in emergency situations, including de-escalation of conflicts and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary Communicate clearly with management, fellow security team members, and staff regarding safety issues Perform routine perimeter checks, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities Follow all safety protocols, security procedures, and directives from management without resistance Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
