Prior logistics experience is helpful—but not required. Key Responsibilities Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies Use CCTV and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity Enforce site protocols and implement loss prevention strategies Manage conflicts calmly and apply de-escalation techniques Document incidents and prepare thorough shift reports Work with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed Administer CPR or first aid when required Stay informed on site-specific policies and security procedures Preferred Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of loss prevention and conflict resolution techniques Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred Familiarity with CCTV systems and general security protocols Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus Quick situational assessment and sound decision-making skills Excellent observation and communication abilities Comfortable with basic technology, including tablets and computers Join Weiser Security and be part of a team committed to protecting people and property.
