The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a strong commitment to upholding safety protocols. •you will work directly with booking manager and client.•Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities or hazards. Provide assistance in conflict management situations, de-escalating tensions as necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Provide first aid or CPR as needed in emergency situations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred. Valid security officer license or certification is a plus. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance practices. Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and technology. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
