The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role involves monitoring premises through CCTV and surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing safety protocols. A strong background in conflict management and loss prevention is preferred. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property. Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following established protocols. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any security breaches or hazards. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises. Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken clearly and concisely. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in security or law enforcement Age 21+ Experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
