Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Working Site Supervisor on shift Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support Develop and implement sitespecific security policies to successfully execute contract Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to the team in a timely manner Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications:
o Must be at least 21 years of age Security D licensing (Require) oValid Driver’s License and clean driving history (Require) High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required oMinimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required Flexible/ on- call schedule availability oProfessional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills oExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail oMust be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
