Job Description
What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Access Control Specialist. As a Salesforce Access Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Salesforce platform by implementing and managing access control measures. You will work closely with various teams to define and enforce access policies, maintain user roles and profiles, and monitor system access to prevent unauthorized usage or data breaches. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Corpay will set you up for success by providing: • Company-issued equipment• Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Developing and implementing access control strategies to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Configuring and managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to control access to Salesforce data and functionality.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to understand access requirements and translate them into effective access control solutions.
Conducting regular audits and assessments of user access rights to identify and address security risks, including excessive permissions or unauthorized access.
Providing guidance and support to users on access-related issues, troubleshooting access problems, and providing training as needed.
Staying updated on Salesforce security features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve access control measures and mitigate emerging threats.
Working with the IT security team to integrate Salesforce access controls with broader security initiatives and technologies, such as identity management systems and multi-factor authentication.
Documenting access control policies, procedures, and configurations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Participating in incident response activities related to access control, including investigating security incidents and implementing remediation measures.
Collaborating with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure that access control requirements are considered during the design and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Lesioning with Data Analytics team; updates on field adds, updates, and removals from MDM and othe toolsTier 1 Support back up which includes but not limited to troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, resolving bugs and errors, and implementing optimal solutions to resolve issues at the sourcePerforming other duties as assigned or required; occasional night and weekend work is required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security features, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and encryption mechanisms.
Experience implementing and managing access control policies in complex Salesforce environments, including multi-org setups and integrations with other systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex access control requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with Salesforce Shield and other security-related Salesforce products is a plus.
