Key Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or policy violations Conduct frequent patrols to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized behavior Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations Complete accurate daily reports and incident documentation Enforce company policies and security procedures consistently Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors while maintaining access control

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Valid security license (as required by state regulations) Overnight shift experience preferred Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic computer literacy for reporting Must pass a background check and drug screening Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
