Unarmed Bank Security Officer (REG85) Baton Rouge, LA, United States of America $15.99 – $16.48 Back Back Job Skills / Requirements •Must have flexibility of scheduling•Part-Time Position 1st Shift 8:30am-5:30pm Varying Days + Must be at least 18 years of age. + State of Louisiana Security License Preferred. + Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed. + A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you. + Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees. + The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation. + Conduct regular walking patrols to improve the safety of individuals and proactively identify and report security concerns. + Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment. + Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures. + Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports. + Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction. + Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches. + Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols. + Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform. + Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc. Security Engineers, Inc.
