Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment. Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, conducting bag checks and screenings with handheld metal detectors. Monitor crowd to ensure a safe and secure environment. Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance. Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately. Monitor cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Ability to maintain an Activity Log. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Basic computer skills.

Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:

Crowd Control. Bag Checks/ Handheld Metal Detector Screenings. Excellent sense of judgment. Can stay alert at all times. Black Pants, Black Shoes, Black Belt and Uniform Shirt will be provided.
