The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our premises while providing excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, the Door Person will be responsible for monitoring access to the facility, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns. Duties Monitor entry and exit points to ensure authorized access only. Greet guests and provide assistance as needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere.. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, applying first aid or CPR when necessary. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Uphold protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals within the facility. Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience or certifications in security or law enforcement.

Preferred qualifications include:

Certification in First Aid and CPR. Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Background in military service or law enforcement is a plus. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
