The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches. Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary. Prepare detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate logs of daily activities. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in loss prevention strategies is a plus. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
