This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential security breaches. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure safety protocols are followed. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering CPR and first aid when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review. Experience Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Background in law enforcement or military service will be considered an asset. Familiarity with conflict management techniques is beneficial.
