The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, protecting property and personnel, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on site. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Schedule Monday Wednesday Friday 10am-2pm Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety within the premises. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Provide loss prevention support by identifying potential theft or security risks. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies. Skills Certification in loss prevention is highly desirable. Proficient in conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail for identifying potential security threats. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in emergency situations.
