General Description :

Professional Security Officer will be considered in Marlborough/Hubbardston area and up to 45 minutes from Marlborough. 1 position must have full shift availability from Thursday – Sunday. 1 position must have full availability. Will act as a visual deterrent on site, responsible for detecting and reporting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other criminal behavior. Security Officer must be observant, punctual, responsible, calm, and able to de-escalate situations.

Essential Functions:

Conducting foot patrols of site regularly to maintain order and establish a presence Conduct access control for vehicle and foot traffic Observe and Report Secure all exits, doors, and windows during shift and at end of shift Respond to alarms as required by client Create detailed Daily Activity Reports using company-provided software Provide a professional level of service to meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

License and Reliable Vehicle Must be available for all shifts ( First, second and third shifts) overnight availability 21+ years of age Ability to travel up to 45 minutes from Marlborough Pass a Cori (background check) Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent observation skills High School diploma or

GED Skills Preferred:

Experience as a security guard and or Military/Law Enforcement. Knowledge of legal guidance for area security and public safety Familiarity with report writing Tech-savvy Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense

Expectations:

Ability to stand, walk, and climbs stairs for extended periods of time. Must be able to conduct interior and exterior foot patrols as needed. Dependable and reliable attendance record. Maintain a drug-free workplace.
