Andy FrainServices is hiring applicants for Event Staff & Security positionsfor the 2025 LIV Golf Event in Dallas. Our staff will be anintegral part of the facility’s needs by observing and reportingactivities and incidents, as well as providing security and safetyto both the venue’s property and personnel. Event Staff & Securitymust possess and maintain professional image and help make ourclients’ venues places where fans can have an unforgettable andsafe experience.

The delivery of quality service andpositive interaction with our customers. The ability to greet allvisitors, vendors, and employees, while continuously maintainingthe standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism.

Customer Service is Every Employee’s Job! “Observe and Report” allincidents and accidents. Confront and resolve incidents tosuccessful conclusion. Maintain a working knowledge of all trainedemergency policies, procedures, and regulations; respondimmediately to emergency alarms or calls for help, determine courseof action, notify appropriate authorities, and assist as needed.

Monitor crowd behavior and maintain/restore crowd control by beingdiligent and vigilant in security and safety awareness. Implementsecurity/safety improvements that benefit the company’s assets,visitors, tenants, and employees as directed. These functions arenot limited to these listed and may be expanded upon at any time,however it will be mutually agreed upon. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

All employees are required to be a minimum of18 years of age and must have a High School Diploma and/orequivalent. All candidates must submit to a background screeningbefore employment. Some positions will be required to stand for aprolonged period of time as well as possiblypushing/pulling/carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs. All employees mustdisplay strong customer service orientation, exemplifying ourMission Statement. Clear and effective oral and writtencommunication skills are necessary along with constant anddedicated vigilance during the event.
