Armed Driver/Guard Vitus Search Group Boylston, MA 01505 URGENTLY HIRING! We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guard to join our High level team here in Boylston, MA. The Armed Driving Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Duties Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular inspections of premises. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as required. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. Provide assistance during deliveries and ensure secure transportation of goods. Utilize GPS technology for navigation during patrols or when responding to incidents. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies. Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred. Certification in armed security or related fields is highly desirable. Experience with commercial driving is a plus, particularly for roles requiring transportation duties. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate reporting and documentation. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific tasks or situations. Familiarity with militarized protocols or training can enhance effectiveness in this role.
