What you’ll do:
Act as remote resource for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting customer access control, IP Video Surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection and PC based systems
Perform remote system maintenance, health checks, and basic troubleshooting
Provide triage support and first-line system troubleshooting to support field operations and end users
Evaluate operational performance against standardized metrics
Certify / validate system operation and maintain documentation of services
Communicate with customer personnel to ensure seamless exchange of information related to operational performance
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests
Who you are:
You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn
2-4 Years of experience and a solid understanding of commercial Access/IP Video/CCTV systems
Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related fields
Functional and technical ability to evaluate service problems, recommend appropriate action and follow through
Ability to utilize / understand remote LAN / WAN and internet connections
Understanding of network topologies and computer/server hardware
Reports to the Operations Manager
