ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Other duties may be assigned): 1. Safeguard assets of the company.
2. Enforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.
3. Perform all security-related duties for the casino
4. Escort all transfers of money and/or chips
5. Patrol all casino sections to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.
6. Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directed
7. Investigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directed
8. Investigate accident reports as directed
9. Any reasonable request made by Management
10. Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
11. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
12. Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must know all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous public relations and/or hospitality security experience is desirable.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License. SKILLS

• Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods regardless of weather conditions.
• Must be able to work effectively with co-workers and a team.
