The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches or violations. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Provide assistance in conflict management situations, ensuring de-escalation techniques are applied effectively. Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras. Skills First Aid certification is preferred; CPR certification is a plus. Experience in loss prevention strategies is advantageous. Background in military or law enforcement can be beneficial. Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and visitors.
