Armed Security Officer Code 3 Security & Investigation Doniphan, MO 63935 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team at Code 3 Security .The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our facilities. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in various situations. The Armed Security Officer will be tasked with protecting property, personnel, and assets while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular surveillance. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during emergencies or investigations. Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Skills Proven experience in loss prevention and security operations is highly desirable. Military background or training is a plus, demonstrating discipline and situational awareness. Proficiency in surveillance. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of first aid procedures; certification in CPR is preferred. Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and procedures is advantageous. Possession of relevant security certifications that validate expertise in the field.
