We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our growing team in the roles of Contract Security Guard and Entry-Level Private Investigator. Position Overview:

We are looking for proficient Contract Security Guards with a strong background in physical security, as well as Entry-Level Private Investigators who are eager to learn and grow within the security and investigations industry. As a Contract Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, performing patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to security incidents. Entry-Level Private Investigators will work under supervision, assisting with investigations from your remote home location, your job will be entry-level skip tracing. Additionally, we are looking for people with experience with GSA Contracting in sales. We’re seeking individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and ready to drive success in a commission-based role. For Security Guards:

Perform regular security patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises and guests. Monitor and operate security systems, including cameras and alarm systems. Respond quickly and appropriately to any security threats or emergencies. Prepare detailed security reports and logs. Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service to clients.

For Private Investigators:

Assist in investigations. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all investigative work. Work with senior investigators to develop investigative strategies. Participate in client meetings (remote).

For GSA Contractors:

Sales and service of security solutions, Equipment, and Investigations to GSA clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. Work on a commission-based structure, ensuring sales goals and quotas are met. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with GSA regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in physical security or related field (Security Guard role). Basic knowledge of private investigation practices (Entry-Level Investigator role). Familiarity with GSA contracting (for commission-based sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean background check. Willingness to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications as required.
