Full Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:
Respond swiftly and effectively to high-risk situations, including but not limited to school and club shootings. Provide professional, discreet undercover escort services for high-profile individuals or in sensitive situations. Conduct thorough risk assessments of venues and events to identify potential security threats. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for various scenarios. Collaborate closely with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies. Maintain a high level of physical fitness to meet the demanding nature of the role. Regularly practice and improve firearms proficiency, staying current with the latest techniques and technologies. Participate in ongoing training to enhance crisis management and de-escalation skills. Provide detailed, accurate reports following any incidents or operations. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the job, including client information and operational details. Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure readiness for rapid deployment. Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws pertaining to security operations and firearms use. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as required. Be available for on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Participate in regular team debriefings and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures.
Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma supplemented by a minimum of 4 years of law enforcement, military, or high-level security experience. Valid Mississippi security license and concealed carry permit, both current and in good standing. Demonstrable firearms proficiency with regular certifications. Exceptional communication skills, crucial for high-stress situations and inter-agency collaboration. Ability to pass rigorous background checks and psychological evaluations. Superior physical fitness, capable of passing demanding physical agility tests. Proven expertise in crisis management and de-escalation techniques. Advanced tactical training specific to high-risk scenarios. Current certifications in advanced first aid and CPR. Impeccable driving record with a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrated emotional resilience and advanced stress management capabilities. Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, collaborative environments. Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to security operations.
