Our program is operated under the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. This position will be located in Simpson, MS. About the Position This is second-level security work for patrolling and protecting public property and equipment against loss or damage from theft, fire, vandalism, or other causes, and maintaining order in a state facility. Investigates reports of disturbances and suspicious circumstances and maintains records and makes reports as required. Employees at this level apply knowledge and experience to analyze situations and provide appropriate responses. What you’ll need to be Successful Ability to monitor and protect property equipment. Ability to follow procedures and work well with others.
