Security Supervisor Raven Security Safety & Storm Services LLC Vicksburg, MS 39183 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage conflict effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure environment for both employees and visitors while ensuring compliance with all se regulations. Duties Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Manage surveillance operations, including monitoring CCTV systems to detect and respond to incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection. Provide training and guidance on conflict management techniques to security staff. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary until professional help arrives. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, fostering positive relationships for effective communication. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or law enforcement. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications in conflict management are a plus. Experience in loss prevention strategies and techniques. Military background is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
