The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, manage conflicts, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and composure. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Assist visitors with maps of the community Recieve packages for residents Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.
