The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and property. This role requires a strong presence, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. The Armed Guard will work closely with law enforcement and other security personnel to ensure the highest level of safety. Duties Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance to prevent theft, vandalism, or any unlawful activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety compliance. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies or investigations. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance purposes and monitor feeds for suspicious activities. Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets. Skills Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operation. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
